Fifty-nine years ago today, LORD Jesus, you blessed me with our first born child. Around this time of year each year, fresh off the awesome story of Jesus' miraculous birth, I get to relive seeing my first born son enter the world.
I am profoundly grateful for the man he has grown to be, for his family and children of his own. I'm thankful for his tender heart and his willingness to step up whenever trouble arises.
He is like me, we run towards the fire. I thank You for his faith in You and his integrity.
Please bless him with a long and full life in service to You, because I pray this in Jesus' precious name. Amen.
