O God, I have watched these past days a family where there was an untimely death of a wife and mother. Despair is a deep pit, and sometimes we watch survivors totter around its edges, precariously close to falling in. Please help us all who share the grief to rest in the only hope at such times is to fix their eyes on You.
Please bring Your healing hand to all who hurt today, for Jesus' sake. Amen.
