Good Morning, Lord, we strive to teach the true meaning of love in our home, yet the world constantly whispers that love is conditional—based on performance, appearance, and status. The world tells us that love is merely a checklist: if someone looks good, feels good, smells good, sounds good, and tastes good, then we have found "The One."
But Father, we know that true love is far deeper. It is not found in a fleeting "Eureka" moment, but in a lifetime of commitment.
Help us to spend our time soaking in Your Presence and absorbing Your Word, so that we might unlearn the world's shallow lessons and learn to love like You love us. Teach us to serve one another with humble hearts, to love without keeping score, and to reflect Your unconditional grace in our relationships.
Give us the strength to do better today, to be the light in a confused world.
We ask this for Jesus' sake. Amen.
