Lord Jesus, help me to rest deeply as You gently massage my thoughts and feelings, guiding my mind away from self‑centered striving and toward You alone.
Teach me to cease my own efforts and simply know that You are God—my Creator, my Sustainer, my all‑worthwhile purpose.
You made me to know You, to delight in Your presence, and to center every part of my life in You. May my heart find its true joy and fulfillment only in You. In Your matchless and holy name I pray, Amen.
Verse for Today: "Cease striving and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth." (Psalm 46:10)
