Dear Lord, I know that if I remain watchful and alert, I can choose to take refuge in You the moment anxiety arises. Grant me the grace to stay vigilant and to run to You often, not just in moments of crisis, but throughout this entire day. Strengthen my resolve to trust in Your shelter over my fears. In Jesus' name, Amen.
