Father, today we set aside as Your Day. I know Your Spirit lives within me, and I know His fruit—love, joy, and peace, patiene, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self control—are always within reach.
I ask simply, “Holy Spirit, fill me with Your peace and all these other fruits today in all I do or say or think."
May I find a quiet place, sit still, and allow Your calming presence to settle over my heart today, bringing true relaxation and serenity because I pray this in the name of Your blessed son, Jesus Christ, my LORD and Savior. Amen.
