O God, I have such a hard time waiting for virtually anything. I wrestle with a "right now" mentality.
I want to do a better job of waiting expectantly—confident that You will always do what is best.
As I put my hope in You, teach me to do both kinds of "waiting" for You. Teach me to allow time to pass so Your perfect timing can unfold, and then help me to be waiting faithfully in service to You.
In the midst of it all, I know Your unfailing Love rests peacefully upon me. I love You, LORD. God help me. Amen.
