Heavenly Father, I alone, and others like me among all Your creatures, are the only ones who can think about the future. This is a special blessing, and can also be a curse—especially if and when I start to worry about future things. When I'm tempted to start down that path, help me use my unique and wonderful mind to think about You and let You take care of all the worries.
I pray this today...and every day in the strong and powerful name of Jesus, my LORD. Amen.
Verse for Today: "The Lord is my strength and my song; he has become my salvation. He is my God, and I will praise him." (Exodus 15:2)
