O, my Father, as last year wound down, my mind started rehearsing all the things I need to do or the things I didn’t do last year—going over and over the same things in my thoughts.
Some times I feel like I’m practicing for a part in a drama. Help me instead keep my mind on You as You show me the next steps to take. I desperately want to be Your man and a better mind this new year. God help me, Amen!
