O God, please hear my prayer this morning. May the leaders of our nation be granted profound wisdom and discernment as they navigate the challenges before them.
Grant them clarity of mind, compassion for all peoples, and the humility to seek peace while protecting justice.
May they listen to counsel, weigh the consequences of each decision, and act with integrity and foresight.
Bless their hearts with patience and courage, that they may pursue paths that foster stability, safety, and lasting harmony, and peace for all. May Your peace prevail, because I pray this in Jesus the Prince of Peace's holy name. Amen.
Verse for Today: "I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world." (John 16:33)
