Good and gracious God, ... I give you praise for an even greater sign of new life: the resurrection of your Son, Our LORD Jesus Christ ... We ask your special blessings each and every day on our President. ... Change our lives, change our hearts to be messengers of Easter joy and hope, not just for today, but always, because I pray this in His holy and matchless name. Amen.
Verse for Today: "He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay. Then go quickly and tell his disciples: 'He has risen from the dead and is going ahead of you into Galilee.' There you will see him. Now I have told you." (Matthew 28:6-7)
FOOD FOR THOUGHT
Note: Many churches use the crucifixtion of Jesus as their symbol...not me! It is the empty tomb whch gives me hope.
