My Father, when I thank You during a difficult day, I know I am assuming the proper stance for a child of God. If I persevere in this thankfulness, resisting the temptation to grumble, I know I can find joy and peace in the midst of my struggles.
Thank You for the privilege of trusting You even when things are hard. Let my gratitude be my testimony, and let my peace be my witness to Your faithfulness.
