O God, my Father, You are constantly bringing fresh work into my life. Help me to keep an open mind and a willing spitit whenever I encounter situations, ideas, or experiences that are new to me—or even beyond what I can imagine. Grant me the humility to receive Your leading, the curiosity to explore the unknown, and the trust that every new thing comes from Your good and perfect purpose, because I pray this in Your holy name, Amen.
Verse for Today: “Neither is new wine put into old wineskins. If it is, the skins burst and the wine is spilled and the skins are destroyed. But new wine is put into fresh wineskins, and so both are preserved.” (Matthew 9:17)
