Lord Jesus, my God and my Father, help me to release the habit of rehearsing my troubles over and over again. Instead of replaying every worry in my mind, teach me to trust that I will face each challenge only when it truly arrives. Grant me the peace to rest in Your presence, the patience to wait on Your timing, and the confidence that You are with me through every difficulty. This I pray today in the matchless and powerful of Your holy name, Amen.
