Dear Heavenly Father, Oh LORD and my God, help me learn to praise You and rest in Your Presence even when everything around me seems to be going wrong. In these difficult seasons, remind me that the testing of my faith produces perseverance and maturity, and I sincerely want to pass this test (James 1:2-4).
Increase my faith in You, Lord. Help me trust You completely to take care of me. Remind me that I see only a sliver of what You see, and teach me to walk by faith and not by sight (2 Corinthians 5:7). I choose to trust You for the outcomes I cannot see today, knowing that You work all things together for my good (Romans 8:28) and that You give perfect peace to those whose minds are stayed on You (Isaiah 26:3).
I pray this in the matchless name of Jesus. Amen.
