Lord God, the more I become like You, the more hope I experience. These changes in my character convince me that I truly belong to You! Thank You for the work You are doing in me.
Teach me, lead me, and make my path of obedience clear in all things. The older I get, the more I desire to be like You. Strip away anything that hinders my likeness to Christ and deepen my hunger for Your will.
Help me today to walk in step with Your Spirit, for the sake of Jesus and for Your Kingdom to come.
I pray this in His mighty name. Amen.
Verse for Today: "May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace as you trust in him, so that you may overflow with hope by the power of the Holy Spirit." (Romans 15:13)
