S-supplication - (Holler for Help)
Father, I extend my gratitude for the encouragement I get from my prayer warrior buddies. I have more than 100 people on my list of prayerful concerns—not the least of which are my bride, our three adult children, and our seven grandchildren. I pray for their health, faith, and willingness to follow You, and for their own homes and families.
God, please give them wisdom enough to holler for help when their lives do not match their dreams… and keep us available to catch them when they stumble.
I pray over our nation's leadership and for the peace of Jerusalem… because You told us to. I pray for all the couples who have come to us for help, and for their commitment to follow You and honor their covenant agreements. I pray for those seeking Your will for employment… for those struggling with broken families… for those facing very difficult health issues… for our church… for business leaders who have trusted us with their issues over which to pray.
I pray for those souls who are in danger because they have rejected You. Give us words of wisdom. I pray for those who have invited us to pray over them in chance encounters.
Most of all, I pray for sensitivity to Your call to reach out and touch them in Your precious name. That is how I pray today. Amen.
