Father, God, my LORD and Savior, please keep me focused that Your compassions never fail. Remind me again today, they are new every morning. So as I begin my day expectantly, make me ready to receive fresh compassions. Don’t let me wallow in yesterday’s failures. When I fail, help me learn from my mistakes and confess my known sins, but don’t let those become my focus. Instead, keep my eyes on You, for the sake of Your Kingdom on earth and in heaven. Amen.
