Oh, God, I confess I sometimes settle for mediocrity because it feels more comfortable. When I find myself doing that, I know I am battling an irrational fear. Only Your Love is strong enough to break the hold fear has on me. A predictable lifestyle may feel safer, but it can shield you from what I need most of all—You!
Banish the fear in my life, keep me close to You so I never forget how boundless Your love is for me. This I humbly pray in the strong name of Jesus, my LORD. Amen
