OK, LORD, when I am most attuned to You, I know You do Your greatest works through people with grateful, trusting hearts. All too often I want to plan, evaluate, forecast on my own. Please jerk me up short when I am not practicing trusting You for what comes next.
Make me perpetually thankful for Your tender loving care especially when I can’t see what lies ahead. Right now, I give my todays and tomorrows to You. Use me as you will and make me ever grateful when I don’t fully understand Your plans. Give me a childlike expectation for what ever comes next, I pray this in Jesus’ marvelous name. Amen.
