Oh, my Father. I am so glad You make new every generation of us. You know I’d take the pain and poor choices away from our children and grandchildren if I could.
I give them all over to You with the assurance I will do what You lead me to do to lead them in the Way You want them to go.
Help me stay in the straight and narrow way, providing them an object lesson on how to serve You best, and leave to You the job of directing their lives toward You.
I promise to listen, LORD, teach me my part and give me the courage to do it. I trust You for all the rest. This I pray humbly in Jesus’ name. Amen
