Father, as I contemplate where the seven deadly sins occur in my life, I’d like to think greed is not in play, but I know it is.
The temptation to want more or to ensure I can always have enough is a dormant threat riding around on the backroads of my mind.
In my heart of hearts, I want to rest in Your provision and trust You for enough.
When I don’t, please pull me up short and forgive me, for Jesus’ sake. Amen
