Jehovah-Raah

God, my Jehovah Raah (my shepherd), I don’t need a thing. You have always given me a home to live in and  you find me quiet pools to drink from.

True to your word, you let me catch my breath and send me in the right direction.

Thank You even when the way goes through what looks like Death Valley, I don’t have to be afraid when You walk at my side.

Your trusty shepherd’s crook and powerful right arm make me feel secure. You serve me a six-course dinner right in front of my enemies. I have never seen my family begging bread. You revive my drooping head so my cup brims with blessing. Most of all, Your beauty and love chase after me every day of my life. I’m back home in my Father’s house
for the rest of my life and forever after that.

Thank you, kind Shepherd in the strong name of Jesus I praise Your name. Amen
