O LORD, only you know what this day holds. This past week of uncertainty and concerns about war, famine, untimely deaths, hostages, and fears at home and abroad, draw me to my knees in praise for who You are and what You have done in the past.
Make my faith strong come what may. I earnestly want to be Your man in the slice of the world You have set me in. I thank You for letting me be born to Godly parents, for letting me have a firm Biblical education and worldview. I am twice blessed with a wonderful Godly wife.
Bring Your will and way to us in Your way and time. I love you, LORD. I believe. Help my unbelief and doubt. Thank you in Jesus’ matchless name. Amen.
Verse for Today: “Only conduct yourselves in a manner worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or remain absent, I will hear of you that you are standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel.” (Philippians 1:27)
