Holy Father, Your Spirit lives in me, so His fruit—Love, Joy, Peace—is always accessible to me. Today I am prayig: “Holy Spirit, fill me with Your Love, Joy, Peace” and all the rest. I’m going to sit quietly right now focusing on Your Spirit until I feel relaxed and calm.
