Dear God, my Father, the older I get the more I want to slow down. I am frequently tempted to do nitpicking things instead of meaningful things.
Please keep me focused on doing the best things first today, and then every day thereafter, because I want You to be pleased with me. I pray this in Jesus’ name. Amen
