Father, I know dependence is an inescapable trait of the human condition. Many people despise their neediness and work hard to create the illusion of self-sufficiency in their lives. However, I know You designed me to need You constantly and to be joyful about my reliance on You.
Hold me close, Father and lift my songs of praise and prayer to you every day, for Jesus’ sake. Amen.
