O merciful God, You sent The eternal Word to take on human nature in the womb of the virgin Mary. Thank You for showing how to relate to me.
Grant that I, as one of Your chosen people, may put off all the fleshly desires which lurk around me and prepare my heart for the visitation of Your dear Son, Jesus Christ my LORD in memory and in prospect.
I am so grateful He lives and reigns with You in the New Heaven, forever and ever. Take me there when You are ready for me. In the meantime, keep me focused on who and what moves Your heart, for Jesus’ sake. Amen.
