Dear Father, after the euphoria of Christmas Day when we celebrated Your gracious gift of Jesus, there is a letdown after the anticipation and celebrations. I so wish I could keep the natural high of Christmas carols, special worship services, time with family and friends, gifts and laughter alive long after the season has passed.

Dear God, when the Magi went home a different way from honoring Your son, I am impressed on this the day after we celebrated Jesus’ miraculous birth, I too should go home a different way this year. Please make Your voice plain to me at all junctures I take beginning today. Let me go home
