Oh, my Father, being a parent and a grandparent I get just an inkling of how Your heart is warmed and saddened by how Your children do well and poorly in their lives.
I am grateful You do not have grandchildren, but I am often in tears as I pray for those You have given me struggle with right and wrong.
I pray your watch care, tenderizing the hearts and minds of all You have given me. I pray earnestly for their salvation and for their hearts and minds to be sold out to You.
Please keep the powers of evil away from them and bring them safely into your eternal family, this I pray in Jesus’ name. Amen.
