O, my Father, thank You for the blessing of a family in all its iterations. Thank You for my heavenly family and my brothers and sisters in Jesus still here…and thank You for all my family who are alreadyHome with You.
But today, dear LORD, please keep the enemy at bay from my family still here. Increase their faith. Protect them from falling into temptation. Grant them the opportunity to shine a light in the darkness and lead others to You.
Thank You for Your patience with our children who are still growing up in You. Hedge them with your protections and give them a desire to serve You, better and best while here.
Whatever is making my earthly family and my extended family anxious today, I ask that You comfort them, so they can rest in your complete sovereignty from here to the end. You promised to be with us to the end and I rest in that. In Jesus’ name. Amen. –
