Dear LORD, sometimes I feel like I think Peter must have felt when he took his eyes off You walking on the water.
There are so many things in our world which go bump in the night these days. I do not want to dwell on wars and rumors of more or earthquakes and famines, but the news bombards me everyday with more of the same.
I do not know whether this is close to the End of Days, but it is certainly beginning to look like it to me.
All I really want today is to be laser focused on You and to have You work miracles in the lives of my children and grandchildren to bring them to faith and practice. I want to be ready.
In the meantime, the Rapture would be a grand idea. I love You, LORD, whatever may come and I pray everyday in Your holy and magnificent name. Amen
