O Lord, my God, hear me as I pray. Listen to my cry for help, my King and my God, for I pray to no one but You.Listen to my voice this morning, Lord. Each morning I bring my requests to You and wait expectantly for Your sure strong answer.
O God, You take no pleasure in wickedness. I know You cannot tolerate the sins of the wicked. I know the proud may not stand in Your presence, for You hate all who do evil. Keep me from the paths of evil and the Evil one today, I pray.
Because of Your unfailing love, I can enter Your house. I will worship at Your Temple and in my house and on my knees with my head bowed with deepest awe. Lead me in the right path, O Lord, or my enemies will conquer me. Make Your way plain for me to follow.
Keep my feet and hands and mouth and thoughts from evil today. Let me and all who take refuge in You rejoice, sing joyful praises forever.
Spread Your protection over all of us who call You Father, that all of us who love Your name may be filled with joy. Thank you for blessing Your Godly children and all who call upon Your name, O Lord. Surround them and me with Your shield of love, because I prayer this prayer of hope today in the strong, strong name of Jesus, my Savior. Amen
